IICREstimator and ms-PSMC tools

Legacy research software for estimating IICR curves from coalescent simulations and for applying PSMC to ms-simulated data.

These repositories collect scripts used in earlier population-genetics work:

IICREstimator estimates inverse instantaneous coalescence rates from coalescence times simulated with ms.
ms-PSMC converts ms output into PSMC input and plots inferred histories against the simulated scenario.

They are archival research tools. Commands, dependencies, and external data sources may be outdated; see the corresponding legacy tutorials.
